Our Quality Assurance (QA) process is divided into different levels of teams to ensure complete QA analysis. Each QA team focuses on its specific level.

Each level of testing falls under two broad categories.

White Box Testing

White box testing is see-through testing or open box testing. It is called so due to its testing methodology and purpose. The term 'see through' has been used because herein the internal coding is tested for any bugs or functionality issues. This type of testing is based on coverage of code statements, branches, paths and conditions. For this type of testing knowledge of internal logic of application is required. The internal structure is closely analyzed to ensure conformance with the software performance objective. So, white box testing requires checking the code consistency.

  • For Code optimization
  • To ensure that the internal operations performed according to the specification.
  • To find out the bugs due to difference between logical flow of the program and the actual implementation

Skiify QA team has vast experience in this type of testing. Source code is closely analyzed to be precisely clear on the program specifics. Next step is test creation based upon the coding details generated in the earlier step, which in turn is succeeded by test execution. Our testers are adequately trained on the most sophisticated tools and techniques for this type of testing and hence the testing is performed in the most effective way.

Black Box Testing

This type of testing is based on requirements and functionality knowledge of application design. Black-box testing is a method of software testing that tests the functionality of an application as opposed to its internal structures or workings. The objective is to conduct unbiased testing of software applications without compromise on quality. Our Black Box testing services span various domains and product categories. Black box testing treats the software as a black box with no knowledge of internal workings of the software being tested. This test focuses on the application specifications rather than program code. This ensures unbiased testing of software applications without compromise on quality.
